Thank you, Airstream!

A lot of people don’t realize that Alumapalooza is only possible because of the courtesy of Airstream.  The factory lets us use the grounds, supplies essential services, lends us staff members to speak at the event, and opens its doors to us every year.  Without Airstream’s support we could not put this event on.  We really appreciate it.

So this year, we had all the Alumapalooza staff and attendees sign this giant aluminum “thank you” card. Signatures cover both sides of it.  On the last night of the event we left it at the office door of Bob Wheeler, the president of Airstream.  (We also left a big tray of leftover lasagna in the fridge of the employee lounge!)

Thanks, Airstream — we’re looking forward to the 2012 event already!

By the way, as of today 14 spaces for Alumapalooza 2012 are already taken …
