Interested in being a vendor at Alumapalooza 2012? Vendors report excellent results. They get a special tent right by the registration area and near the main activity tent. There’s no special charge for vendors, just the normal attendee registration fee for the event.
Vendors offering products or services relevant to Airstreaming are welcome at Alumapalooza. You’ll need meet some basic guidelines.
First, all vendors must be approved in advance by the management of Alumapalooza (R&B Events LLC). So be sure to contact us early to discuss what you have to offer. Some things can’t be done on-site, such as repair services. Fire codes and other limitations will apply. Both R&B Events LLC and Airstream reserve the right to reject any vendor for any reason.
Second, vendors must attend & exhibit all five days of Alumapalooza. No early departures!
Third, we ask that vendors contribute door prizes to the event, for the benefit of our attendees. We give these door prizes away daily at 4 p.m., and use them to remind attendees that you’re on site.
Fourth, vendors may only exhibit their products in the vendor tent. 10 ft. x 10 ft. spaces will be provided free of charge. You will need to bring your own table and other items needed for display.
In 2012 the vendor tent will be doubled in size, but still we will have limited vendor space, so get in touch early.
